Is Volkspeed competitively priced in comparison to main dealers?
Our hourly rate for workshop time is around half of what you would pay at any of the main dealers
due to our lower overheads. In addition to saving on labour our customers also
benefit from our use of after-market parts, made to the exact same standard as manufacturer's
parts, but available at a far lower price.
How can Volkspeed assist me if my MOT is a week out of date?
Generally we have a waiting list for MOT bookings but we will always do our best to accommodate
those emergency situations by working late to ensure you have an in-date MOT and a road
legal, safe vehicle.
A yellow warning light is appearing on my dashboard what does this mean?
The Engine Management Light is a generic warning that can only be interpreted using appropriate diagnostic equipment. At Volkspeed
with our comprehensive range of diagnostic devices, we can analyse and repair any faults
on any make or model of car. If the light is flashing intermittently it may not
be serious but it is advisable to have it checked as it may indicate a precursor to something more critical.
How often should I check my tyre pressures?
Tyre pressure should be checked every 4 – 6 weeks and in between servicing. It
is vital to check tyre pressure if you are planning to go on a long journey –
